Polite staff, modern hotel. Room a bit small for 2 adults, 2 children. Balcony has great view of Barra beach. Area has only supermarket. Spacious beach, better than Copacabana. Medium-sized pool with glass walls, great view. Phenomenal breakfast, worth the money. Friendly staff, impeccable service on beach. Nice welcome gift for honeymooners. Typical 4* hotel, but outstanding staff sets it apart. Well trained, professional. Helpful in organizing stay. Staff attentive but not overwhelming. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful beach and in a quiet area. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our requests and giving us helpful recommendations. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We also enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop pool and the facilities were top-notch.
One small downside was that the Nespresso capsules in the room were not regularly refilled, which would have been appreciated considering the price of the room.

Hotel facilities: The hotel had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Location on a fantastic beach: The hotel was situated right in front of a beautiful beach, offering fine views and easy access to the sand.
Not obvious to find: The hotel was a bit difficult to locate initially.

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute luxurious experience. the staff was extremely friendly and efficient, catering to all my exclusive amenities needs. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and sun loungers were comfortable. the location is close to the beach access which was a bonus. the room advantages were impressive. the Espresso machine added to the comfort of my stay. the Restaurant served delicious food, and the Buffet breakfast had a variety of options.
It was the only minor issueI came across at this hotel.
